How old do you have to be?
  60 years of age and older
 
Can husband & wife share a room?
  Yes, we have several couples currently sharing a room.
 
Can friends share a room?
  Yes, same gender friends can share a room with reduces rental expenses.
 
Do you have a nurse on site?
  Yes, we have a register nurse (RN) on duty 5 to 6 days per week.
 
What are the rooms like?
  Our rooms are fully furnished with private bathroom ready for you to add your own personal touches to make it your home.
